ATM has been involved in the business of the professional development of mathematics educators for over fifty years. The Easter Conference is the annual highlight of ATM's programme of professional development events.
The ATM Conference is not a conference in conventional terms. It is, in fact, one of the richest sources of professional development that any teacher of mathematics could find. With over 80 different workshops available to choose from – for teachers in the Early Years to Higher Education – you will come away inspired, uplifted and refreshed with ideas, strategies and plans that will excite your teaching and your lessons.

The 2013 ATM Easter conference: ‘Maths for Real’ will take place in Sheffield. As always there will be a wide range of sessions available, evening activities and, of course the ATM Workshop — all set within the hotel, which is a Grade-II listed building.
If you’ve never been to the conference before, come and join us to explore what maths means to us and how it fits into the real world. Try out lots of practical mathematical activities, work through some problems together in the workshop and remember why you love mathematics. If you have been before, then we look forward to seeing you again. So come along and enjoy the experience.

If this is your first conference, don’t worry, everyone is welcome and their contribution is valued. After a few hours the only mystery will be why you haven’t been before.

Cancellation
Cancellations received before 04 Feb 2013: 75% of fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received between 05 Feb and 14 Mar 2013: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Any cancellation after 15 Mar 2013: no refund will be given.
