Links - Organisations, Associations, Societies

We have collected, and continue to collect links to other websites. It is a tedious job checking they are still live links. If you find any that are dead or that are wrong, please email the Web Editor.

Links on this page have been categorised into Key Stage relevance. Please do not treat this rigidly - there have been things from a Foundation link used at KS5 and things from a KS5 link used in KS1. The key is to use your imagination.

With thanks to Andy Tynemouth of Devon Curriculum Services for permission to use this set of links.

Professional Organisations

STEM Advisory Forum

The STEM Advisory Forum is an opportunity for all those interested in the teaching and learning of science, technology, engineering and mathematics to contribute their views on the STEM agenda. The views expressed on this website will be used to help inform the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills in taking forward the Government's STEM agenda.

East Midlands STEM Partnership

The website provides Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) support and information to partner organisations, educators, businesses and students across the East Midlands region of the UK.

Subject Associations

Even though associations have different specialist interests, by definition, they also share a number of deep commitments and concerns. This has been recognised by the DfCSF who have supported the creation of this website. The main aim of this website is to provide a one stop shop for teachers to find appropriate sources of specialist subject focused support.
