Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from atm.org.uk
You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Trading
All profits made from the sale of goods in this catalogue are paid to the ATM (registered charity number 293125) (registered company limited by guarantee number 1899676).
Purchasing
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase.
As we are continually improving the design of our products, some product specifications may vary slightly from descriptions on this website.
When you submit your order you are allowing ATM to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via email, telephone or letter.
Delivery
Please note that the ATM office is closed over the Christmas and New Year period so any orders placed after 21 December will be delivered during January.
Orders placed on the website and paid for via credit card
We aim to despatch the goods within 48 hours, but if your order is placed over the weekend or a bank holiday when the office is closed, the goods will be sent immediately upon our return.
UK
Please allow a further five working days before querying a non-delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Overseas
Please allow sufficient delivery time for goods sent via surface mail to reach their destination.
Most orders are delivered Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
Postage
Postage within the UK and EU FREE on orders over £45.00 for members (over £60.00 for non-members) unless buying or renewing membership at the same time: in which case postage is free.
Overseas postage is calculated on line.
Returns
We will be happy to accept items for return in the following cases, providing you inform us of your intention to return an item within 7 working days of receipt, and are granted authorisation to do so.
- The item was found to be damaged or faulty. We will replace the item. We will wait to receive the faulty item before dispatching a replacement.
- The item was incorrectly supplied. We will require you to return the item(s) and will dispatch the correct items.

All items that are being returned must be repacked securely and be returned along with:
- The reason for the return
- A copy of the invoice
- Your email address and telephone number
All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
Goods ‘Lost in Transit’
For deliveries to any UK address please allow 10 working days.
If this time elapses and the goods have not arrived, you should contact your local post office to verify that no items are being held for you pending delivery. If your post office has confirmed that no packages are being held, please contact the ATM office on 01332 346599 or orders@atm.org.uk
If you wish replacement goods to be sent, you must contact us within 28 days of your order being placed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days for us to refund your money.

When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing ATM to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods.

We follow strict security procedures in storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you.
