Full of useful and stimulating ideas on the use of geoboards, the book is a useful resource when teaching shape and space in the National Curriculum.

The original foolscap pamphlet Geoboards, “a collection of ideas and starting points for the primary and secondary classroom”, was first published in 1972.

After twenty years it has seemed appropriate to give this popular booklet a new lease of life by re-issuing it in an enlarged edition, incorporating accounts of classroom happenings and of personal journeys, with writings on issues directly or indirectly associated with geoboards - and with additional ideas and starting points.
